Verso et Koz

Complete transformation of several existing buildings into a new independent boutique hotel with 54 rooms, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a coffee counter and a multifunctional room on the 2nd floor with an outdoor terrace on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, in the Eastern Townships. It was necessary to pay very close attention to the coordination of the work, especially with the diversity of special finishes, while maintaining the integrity of the existing building, and the very tight schedule. The design took place in parallel with the construction.
