Mobilité Bleu Horizon

Development of the offices of the Mobilité Bleu Horizon (MBH) consortium, made up of equal numbers of Pomerleau, EBC, and Spie Batignolles, to carry out the work to extend the Montreal metro's Blue Line. Given the importance of this project, the speed of execution for the construction of the temporary offices was a major challenge.
